1 - 為什麼需要 Viber？
    因為當您使用 Viber，您打電話給任何其他有安裝 Viber 的朋友時是免費的，而且聲音質量優於一般電話撥打。

2 - 能打給沒有 Viber 的 朋友嗎？
    是的。如果您撥打電話的朋友沒有安裝 Viber，電話將會被視為一般電話撥打，是會有費用產生的。但不要忘記邀請您的朋友使用 Viber，之後您撥打給他的下一個電話開始將會是免費的。

3 - 可以安裝 Viber 在 Android 手機嗎？
    目前還不能。Android 版本已在開發中。

4 - 可以安裝 Viber 在 BlackBerry？
    目前還不能。黑莓機 BlackBerry 版本已在開發中。

5 - 可以使用 Viber 在 iPad或 iPod Touch 上嗎？
     Viber 目前主要是為 iPhone 開發的，所以為了獲得最佳體驗，建議使用安裝 iOS 4 版本以上的 iPhone。雖然 Viber 已知可在 iPad 及 iPod touch 上使用，但為非官方正式宣告的。

6 - 可以邀請朋友來使用 Viber 嗎？
    是的，當然可以，您也應該做的。安裝  Viber 的朋友越多，您的免費通話便愈多。

7 - 使用 Viber 有助於降低我的手機話費嗎？
    答案是肯定的。一旦您和您的朋友都有安裝 Viber 後，您可以盡量用它來撥打電話，談天說地，這一切都是免費的，只要確保您所有的朋友都有安裝 Viber！

8 - 可以在使用國際漫遊時，撥打 Viber 嗎？
    是的，可以的，您或您的朋友們，無論是在同一網絡上或在一個完全不同的國家。您可以如您所願的撥打電話，而且是免費的。前提是只要確保您的朋友也有 Viber，但仍要提醒您確認您的行動網路資費和國際漫遊資費的支付。

9 - 若沒有 3G 的行動網路，還可以使用 Viber 嗎？
      Viber 需要與網際網路連接，可以使用 3G(3.5G) 或 WiFi。

10 - 使用 Viber 軟體是否需要付費？
      Viber 和所有 Viber 相關的功能是完全免費，不會有任何額外的“在應用程序中”購買的選項發生(Purchase in Application)。

11 - Viber 是否有廣告？
      Viber 不會有任何惱人的廣告。

12 - 如何匯入我既有的聯絡人資訊到 Viber 中？
      不需要。 Viber 會自動同步您的 iPhone 地址簿。 Viber 還會特別標示在您 iPhone 的地址簿中有 Viber 的朋友。這樣，您就可以知道誰是可以撥打免費電話的！

13 - 要花多久時間完成能註冊？
      您不需要註冊！您知道您自己的電話號碼，您的朋友當然也知道，所以為什麼還需要用另一個用戶名和密碼呢？ Viber 會使用您的電話號碼當做您的"身份"，並讓您撥打免費 Viber 電話給有安裝 Viber 的朋友，且是以他們的電話號碼。

2- Can I call people that do not have Viber?
    Yes. If the person you're calling doesn't have Viber, the call will be placed using your    regular phone - but don't forget to invite your friends to Viber so your next call is free ;).
3- Can I install Viber on my Android phone?
    Not yet - a version for Android devices is in the works.
4- Can I install Viber on my Blackberry?
    Not yet - a version for Blackberry devices is in the works.
5- Can I use Viber on an iPad or an iPod Touch?
    Viber was primarily developed for iPhones, so for the best experience, an iPhone with iOS 4 is recommended. While Viber is known to work on iPod Touch and iPads, they are not officially supported.
6- Can I invite my friends to Viber?
    Yes, and you should. The more friends you have with Viber installed, the more of your calls are free.
7- Will Viber help reduce my phone bill?
    Once you and your friends install Viber, you can use it to talk as much as you want. Talk, talk, and talk some more and it's all free. Just make sure all your friends get Viber!
8- Can I use Viber when roaming internationally?
    Yes, it doesn't matter where you or your friends are, be it on the same network or in a totally different country.
    You can talk for as much as you want, for free. Just make sure your friends have Viber too, and check your data plans and roaming rates.
9- I don't have 3G, can I still use Viber?
    Viber requires an Internet connection: 3G or Wi-Fi need to be available.
10- Does it cost anything to use Viber?
    Viber and all Viber features are absolutely free and do not require any additional "in application" purchase.
11- Does Viber include advertisements?
    Viber doesn't contain any annoying ads.
12- How do I import my contacts to Viber?
    You don't. Viber uses your iPhone's address book and it's always synced. Viber also highlights friends in your iPhone's address book that have Viber. That way you know who you can call for free!
13- How long does it take to register?
    You don't have to register! You know your phone number, and so do your friends, so why bother with yet another username and password? Viber uses your phone number as your "identity" and lets you make free Viber phone calls to any of your friends that have Viber - using THEIR phone number.
